Future Route runs free courses for young people in Pakistan. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. See also our Terms of Use.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, phone number, university or college, department, education level, city, and your answer about why you want to join.
- Your Secret Code. We store it only in a protected (hashed) form, and our team cannot see it.
- As a student: your account details, admission test answers and scores, attendance, quiz and assignment results, exam results and certificates.
- Messages you send to our support assistant and support tickets.
Why we use it
To review applications and select students, run live classes, track progress, issue certificates, answer your questions, send you important emails about your application or course, and improve our courses. We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.
Who helps us run the service
We use trusted providers to operate Future Route: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Gmail or a similar email service (sending emails), Zoom (live classes), and an AI service that powers the support assistant and helps check assignments. They process information only to provide their service to us. Please do not share passwords or private details in the support chat.
Certificates
Each certificate has a public verification page. It shows only the details needed to confirm the certificate is genuine, such as the student's name, the course and the date.
How long we keep it
We keep application and student records for as long as they are needed to run the program, issue and verify certificates and meet our obligations. You can ask us to delete your information (see below), except where we need to keep certificate verification records.
Security
Access to personal information is limited to our team, and sensitive items such as Secret Codes and passwords are stored in protected form. No online service is completely risk-free, so please keep your password and Secret Code private.
Young learners
If you are under 18, please apply with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to futurerouteofficial@gmail.com. We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows the latest version.
