Open a course that shows “Applications open” and choose Apply now. You will fill in a short form and create a personal Secret Code.
A code you choose while applying. With your registered email, it lets you enter the admission test. It is stored securely and our team cannot read it. If you forget it, you can reset it using your registered email.
It is a timed multiple-choice test held in a scheduled window. Each question has its own timer, and your answers are saved as you go. Test rules, such as the number of attempts, are shown before you begin.
Our team reviews every applicant and their test result. Your score is one input, and the final decision is made by a person.
We switch on your student account and enrol you in the course. You log in with the email you applied with and the Secret Code you created, which becomes your password. We email you the login link, and you can change your password any time from your account. If you already had an account, your existing password stays the same.
Lectures run live on Zoom. For each session a temporary attendance code is shared during class, and you enter it on the website while the session is open.
Each course sets its own requirements, such as minimum attendance, quiz results, assignments and the final exam. Your dashboard shows what is complete and what is left. Certificates include a unique ID and QR code for verification.
Use the support assistant on the platform for technical and course questions. If it cannot solve the issue, it will create a support ticket for our team, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.
